The Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission will host a free Historic Real Estate Workshop on June 17th at The Dahl Arts Center from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Kevin Kuchenbecker, City of Deadwood Historic Preservation Officer, will lead this all-day workshop focused on educating real estate agents, homeowners, and members of the public on the responsibilities of owning a historic property, the classification of these historic properties, funding sources and incentives for historic properties, and past and present local grant projects.
Continuing education credits with the SD Real Estate Commission will be offered (if approved).
